As an Analyst at Howden, you’ll play a key role in supporting Associates and Senior Associates in delivering best-in-class insurance solutions for clients. You’ll be working with the balance sheet advisory & structuring team who advise clients on balance sheet and capital optimisation. This programme is designed to give you early exposure to real client work, supported by structured training and hands-on learning from experienced professionals.

- Assist with negotiation to secure the best possible terms for clients

- Over time, take ownership of transaction processes and client engagements
