We specialize in a diverse range of photography services, including wedding photography, event planning, cinematic microfilm production, videography, and makeup artistry, delivering exceptional results tailored to each client’s unique vision.
Beyond private events, we also provide long-term commercial photography services for global clients, including corporate branding photography, advertising campaigns, product photography, and creative visuals.
Due to a surge in large-scale projects and the anticipation of more major contracts in the near future, we urgently seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee our expanding portfolio. The ideal candidate must be able to start as soon as possible and ensure the seamless execution of our high-value projects.
Job Purpose:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing large-scale commercial photography projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role focuses on project planning, resource coordination, cost control, and client management, ensuring seamless execution of long-term contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, defining objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Budget & Cost Management: Control project budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, photographers, production teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure projects meet agreed quality standards.
- Team & Resource Management: Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and optimize the use of internal and external resources.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, budgets, and risks to senior management and clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in media, production, or creative industries.
- Strong budget management and supplier negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple long-term projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international clients and partners.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably in production or creative industries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience
