- Confident inspecting bedrooms, corridors, linen areas, and public spaces, spotting what others miss and coaching the team to get it right first time.
- Cool under pressure, sharp on room readiness, and comfortable coordinating with reception, maintenance, and the wider hotel team when the pace is electric.
