London House Projects Ltd is a highly respected, well-established building & construction firm, based in Barnes SW13, undertaking high-end residential refurbishment & construction projects primarily in South West London (e.g. Putney, Barnes, Wimbledon, Richmond, Twickenham areas).

We are looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our site-based trades team. Requires excellent preparation & finishing skills to undertake high-end residential work (interior and exterior) for discerning clients.

  • Applicants should have very high standards of work, a team-focused approach, and excellent client liaison skills.
  • Own transport preferred.
  • Applicants should be willing to undergo background screening including checks with previous employers and a basic DBS check if they are offered the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate: South West London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience: high-end domestic painting & decorating: 7 years (preferred)
