Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, the successful applicant will support the management of home-to-school transport routes, in and around London, for children and adults with special educational needs. The role requires understanding disability issues and delivering services with patience and professionalism. Department: Office & Management Location: Hunsdon Compensation: £25,000 – £30,000 / year Key Responsibilities Support the Assistant Operations Manager in delivering full transport services using relevant computer software. Line manage operational staff, ensuring accurate completion of timesheets for payroll. Monitor staffing levels for drivers and passenger assistants to ensure adequate coverage. Communicate professionally with contractual clients, parents, and carers. Report vehicle defects according to company policies. Utilise communication equipment correctly.
