Our new restaurant launched in June 2023 is the heart of the hotel eating and drinking experience. Buzzy and fast paced from morning to late, with friendly and informal service in a landmark address. Located on the ground floor, we offer a fine casual all day destination, with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park. We serve a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations and an all-day a la carte menu along with a signature afternoon tea. Our modern British approach, combined with traditional and international flavours creates a simple menu perfect for an everyday treat, casual lunch, business meeting or celebratory dinner.
Salary: £37232.4 plus service charge based on a 39 hour week

What will I be doing as a Chef de Partie?
- Work at the Park Corner kitchen
- Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team
- Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
- Prepare and present high quality food
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef de Partie
- Approaches food in a creative way
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
ELIGIBILITY
- In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
