Habitat is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team in North West London. You’ll be the face of the business for applicants and landlords, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth letting process. Key Responsibilities:
- Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Provide accurate, up-to-date property information
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
- Prepare tenancy agreements and support move-ins
- Build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Contribute to marketing strategies and property promotions
- Stay informed on rental market trends and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings or Sales (minimum 4 months required)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently

- Full UK driving licence & Car (required)
