The Business Support Administrator provides high-quality administrative, organisational and coordination support across the business. Acting as a central point of contact for a wide range of operational and administrative activities, the role supports the Executive Team, consultants and colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organisation.

This is a varied role combining execuive support, office administration, HR administration, meeting coordination and general business support.

The postholder will be highly organised, proactive, professional and able to manage mulple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Discretion: Strict adherence to handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Organisation: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, senior management, Consultants and candidates.
  • Computer Literacy: Must be proficient is use of full Microsoft Office Suite
