London Museum is seeking an exceptional, motivated and experienced Senior Engineering Manager, Estate & Facilities to realize a world-class cultural infrastructure project – the New London Museum at Smithfield.
Working across the London Museum Group (four sites) but with a particular focus on the new museum at Smithfield, you will take responsibility for managing handover and integrating Smithfield and the existing estate into a cutting-edge, sustainable, and data-driven Facilities operation.
You will operate with clarity and drive, comfortable with all MEP systems and holding in-depth mechanical knowledge. Experienced in project handover, mobilization, and bespoke maintenance regimes in operationally critical settings, you will work collaboratively and be committed to your own and the team’s learning and development, delivering excellence and showcasing the effectiveness of London Museum’s smart building operation.

Previous experience of working in a museum is not required; we are looking for someone interested in creating the most forward-thinking, efficient, and sustainable building operation.
