The Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide (AHCFG) contains the rules and procedures for all providers delivering affordable housing with funding from the GLA.

Key Programmes and Initiatives

The Mayor’s Homes for Londoners: Affordable Homes Programme 2021-2026 Funding Guidance sets out new funding requirements in relation to design and sustainability.

The Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26 introduces requirements on partners to advance equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in their own organisations and in the wider sector as a condition of receipt of funding from the GLA.

Organisations delivering housing through the Mayor’s Affordable Homes Programme must be qualified as an investment partner.

All housing providers receiving funding through the new Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26 are expected to sign up to the new Service Charges Charter.
