Are you interested in a programme that will facilitate professional development and exposure to real life Construction projects in a 24/7 live operational environment?
The Graduate Programme lasts 3 years and will be involved in live projects that deliver strategic growth by building our future infrastructure. Focused on civil work within an airport environment, you will play a part in this growth working across field and project engineer teams across a wide variety of business areas and projects that cover every aspect of the airport ecosystem.
You will gain a unique insight into the inner workings of our business rotating across Construction and Field / Project Engineering and experiencing different roles and programmes. This role can also offer you:

Do you have what we're looking for?
- Minimum 2:1 Master's degree (graduated 2024, 2025, or projected for 2026) in Civil Engineering, or includes these subject modules covered as a core discipline
- Driving licence
- Keen interest in the Construction sector and being involved in active construction projects
- Logical thinker with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Highly numerate, with an understanding of Data analysis
- Ability to prioritise and work at pace
- Creative, innovative, curious to find a better way
- Team working – you'll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues as well as other graduates
