Overview

London Funders is seeking a Team Coordinator and Executive Assistant to act as the glue in the team, helping to deliver our work to a standard we can all be proud of.

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for the team and help manage our diaries to use our time effectively.
  • Keep the office running and organise the logistics of our events.
  • Support our work with our members so that we continue to deliver what’s needed for London.
  • Run our systems and provide effective office administration, using programs you’re familiar with (Microsoft Office) and others that may be new to you (including Salesforce and QuickBooks), for which training and support can be provided.
  • Take minutes at meetings and perform routine tasks, using prioritisation to stay focused on achieving great things as part of a friendly team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in effective office administration and using Microsoft Office; willingness to learn and use systems such as Salesforce and QuickBooks with training provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with the team and member organisations at events.
  • Ability to adapt to a varied workload in a small team and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience taking minutes at meetings is desirable.
