You are:

• Confident, organised, and calm when the orders start flying.
• Fast on your feet, unflappable under pressure, and obsessed with consistency and presentation.
• Experienced in breakfast, brunch, hotel, restaurant, or fast-paced hospitality supervision.
• A master of multitasking, balancing team leadership, service flow, guest expectations, and standards all at once.
• A problem-solver who takes ownership, keeps service moving, and brings calm, confident leadership to the floor.
• A lover of early starts, polished service, big personality, and hospitality that bites back.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supervising breakfast service, ensuring smooth, slick, and stylish operations from first guest arrival to final table cleared.
• Leading and supporting the breakfast team to deliver service that feels seamless, stylish, and unmistakably House of Gods.
• Coordinating prep, stock levels, table readiness, cleanliness, and service standards before and during breakfast.
• Overseeing food safety, hygiene standards, guest experience, and seamless coordination between kitchen, floor, and hotel teams
• Keeping the energy high, the team focused, and the breakfast operation running beautifully.
