Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Compartment Fire Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of projects across the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed compartmentation inspections
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as loft areas
- High attention to detail
- Dealing with the public/residents
- Ability to mock up floor plans for loft compartmentation details
- Measuring compartment breaches and identifying service types
- Being able to read floor plans and compartmentation drawings
- Accurately explaining firestopping breaches and being able to provide firestopping solutions
Essential Experience:
- Full UK Driving License
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection (or equivalent) for firestopping surveyors
- IFE certificate Level 2+
- Proven experience in conducting firestopping inspections
- Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and compliance standards
