We're looking for a Motion Designer to work on our full motion graphics projects for our clients in the UK, Europe and the US. You will be the first permanent Motion Designer in the company, so there may be potential for you to lead your own department, as client demand increases.
Contract: Permanent
Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience + bonus scheme, salaries are reviewed every 6 months
Location: Head office in Shoreditch
Working: 3 days per week in the office, or on-site as required

The Role:
- Own full motion graphics projects from brief to delivery, including character animation, kinetic typography, and 3D graphics, from initial client brief through to final delivery.
- Lead client conversations, develop storyboards, present concepts, and manage feedback rounds.
- Create motion assets that feed into the editing process on simpler post-production projects and live events, using client brand guidelines; including animated logos, stings, transitions, and on-screen overlays.
- Ensure assets are optimised for various digital formats and aspect ratios.
- Contribute to internal company content and collaborate with the wider team on showreels and social content.
The Person:
- Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience owning motion graphics projects including character animation, typography, and 3D work.
- Ability to storyboard and develop concepts prior to production.
- Experience designing for live events, broadcasts, or video production.
- Confident communicating with clients, presenting ideas, managing feedback, and taking ownership of projects.
- A strong eye for brand consistency and design quality.
- Comfortable working at pace and adapting quickly when needed.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think contingently and handle unexpected challenges.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing project demands and client needs effectively.
- Relationship builder, able to identify growth opportunities and support account expansion.
