The Role: As our business grows, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Partnership Manager to join us to support our sales process and continually add value to our clients. We’re a high growth stage event scale-up, so it’s important that you can hit the ground running and see your impact from day one.
- Client Engagement:
- Build relationships with prospective clients, existing clients and industry professionals, representing and raising awareness of the London Filmed brand and value proposition.
- Embody the London Filmed brand, representing our values at all times.
- Clearly articulate our value proposition to business decision makers.
- Develop and maintain an inbound and outbound sales pipeline within our Hubspot CRM to maximise client acquisition with a particular focus on unlocking new opportunities of a higher value.
- Win new business through pre-existing inbound lead channels.
- Support a closed sales loop from initial outreach through to closing deals and debriefing with the sales and marketing teams.
- Help to identify and build close, professional relationships with partners within the event industry, such as event platforms and venues, to ensure we add the greatest value for our clients.
- Source new leads using market and company data.
- Ability to produce and present pitch decks with accuracy and confidence.
- Creative event and content ideation.
- Collaborate with marketing and design in order to create pitch-winning collateral.
We have built a strong inbound marketing funnel with anything between 3-5 leads coming through the website a day. Those leads vary in complexity but all of them need to be dealt with in an effective and systematic way.
The Person:
- 6+ years of Business Development/Partnerships Management experience, with a record of closing and onboarding venues, including the RFP process.
- A sound technical understanding of AV and Scenic.
- A relationship builder - able to easily communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation and dynamism are key – we’re a scale-up, so you might have to wear a few hats!
- A team player who is happy to work autonomously to meet the needs of our clients and the business.
- Happy to work minimum 3 days from the office.
