LEC is a London group building advanced commercial AI and robotics infrastructure for Western enterprise markets. Two technology arms sit at the centre of the group: LEC Robotics partners with leading global robotics manufacturers including KEENON, deploying service and industrial robots across hospitality, retail, logistics and industrial sectors. LEC AI builds proprietary commercial AI products: the Donnie agentic intelligence platform and the Bishop data foundation model, alongside the new SaaS products spinning out of these.
As LEC scales across both arms, we are hiring an Operations Manager to make sure the organisation executes quickly, professionally and with operational discipline.
The Role
This is an operational leadership role for someone who gets things done. The Operations Manager organises teams, sets and tracks KPIs, and runs the internal systems that keep the company operating effectively across Robotics and AI. You will coordinate all teams across the group, make sure everyone is aware of daily targets, and drive implementation so that initiatives move forward efficiently across both technology arms. This role suits someone who gets their hands dirty, builds structure where there is none, thrives in companies that move fast, and turns complex initiatives into real outcomes. You will work directly with the Group CEO and senior leadership to build the operational backbone that lets LEC scale across hardware and software simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Coordination and Daily Execution
- Organise teams across the group and ensure everyone is aware of daily targets
- Set, track and report on KPIs across each business arm
- Run and improve the internal systems that keep the company organised
- Drive implementation and accountability across the company
- Maintain visibility across multiple workstreams and identify gaps quickly
- Robotics Deployment
- Coordinate demonstrations, trials and customer deployments
- Manage installation logistics and supplier coordination
- Ensure deployments are delivered professionally and on schedule
- SaaS and AI Product Operations
- Coordinate launches of new products built on Donnie and Bishop
- Support customer onboarding, success and renewal
- Build the operational systems behind SaaS commercial activity
- Commercial Execution
- Maintain disciplined CRM and sales pipeline visibility
- Support proposals, presentations and customer follow up
- Coordinate marketing and sales activity around product launches
- Operational Structure
- Build structured reporting, task tracking and internal workflows
- Improve processes wherever bottlenecks appear
- Build scalable operational systems as the group grows
