About the role
- Partner with the Aftersales team to drive profitability, optimise parts and vehicle stock, and enhance performance through our outsourced partner, TVS.
- Take ownership of finished goods and aftersales stock control, ensuring accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and robust financial governance.
- Play a key role in month-end and Commercial P&L reporting across UK, Europe, and Rest of World operations.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning, providing meaningful insight to influence decision-making.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing leaders on spend analysis, performance reviews, and high-impact finance projects.
- Reconciliations of relevant commercial balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
Experience to succeed
- A recognised finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or strong background with 5+ years’ commercial experience.
- A track record within manufacturing (automotive exposure advantageous).
- Advanced capability in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
- Strong systems expertise, including advanced Excel and ERP platforms.
- The ability to transform data into clear, strategic insight that drives decision-making.
- Experience influencing cost optimisation, pricing strategy and capital investment decisions.
- Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business performance drivers.
- Gravitas and confidence to partner and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, agile mindset with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
