We are seeking a dedicated and experienced plumber with a strong background in leak detection and tiling to provide a wide range of services for our residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and repair leaks, perform efficient and precise tile installation, and work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
- Leak Detection & Repair: Use advanced tools and methods to identify plumbing leaks, including hidden or underground leaks. Assess the severity of leaks and determine the best course of action for repair. Perform repairs on pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems to prevent further damage. Advise clients on leak prevention and best maintenance practices.
- Plumbing Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and replace plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, such as clogs, broken pipes, and malfunctioning appliances. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Tiling & Finishing Work: Install and repair tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed. Measure, cut, and lay tiles with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes. Grout and seal tiles to ensure durability and water resistance. Assist with preparing surfaces before tiling and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients about their plumbing issues and the services being provided. Provide accurate and detailed estimates for plumbing and tiling services. Maintain professional and friendly customer relationships.
