London Electrical Solutions are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Tester to join our growing team. We are a professional NICEIC approved company operating across Greater London and parts of the South East. We are a well-established and growing business that actively encourages and funds further training courses to promote personal/career progression.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to provide electrical and remedial services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) testing. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct EICR testing and inspections to ensure all electrical installations comply with current regulations.
- Perform routine electrical testing and maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Complete EICR certifications and accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to help produce remedial estimates.
- 18th Edition
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 in Inspection and Testing (preferred)
- Proven experience in EICR testing and electrical testing.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- The successful candidate must have solid testing experience and the ability/knowledge to complete EICRs.
- The works will predominately be domestic, but a broad knowledge of all installations will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
