About Us
JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF, Surrey Park Women's Clinic and Elective Egg Freezing across the United Kingdom. Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world-class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.
About The Role
As Sales and Allocations Officer at London Egg Bank, you will play a central role in managing the end-to-end process of donor egg sales and allocations — from processing orders and matching donors to recipients, through to coordinating the transportation of eggs to external clinics. Working closely with internal clinical, nursing and embryology teams, as well as external fertility centres, you will be the key point of contact for both patients and partner clinics — providing an outstanding experience throughout what is often one of the most significant journeys of their lives. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, a genuine passion for patient care and the drive to work towards individual and team targets. If you are a highly organised, compassionate and commercially minded individual, we would love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Manage all donor egg orders for both fresh and frozen eggs, ensuring responses are provided within one working day and all orders comply with relevant SOPs and terms and conditions.
- Take responsibility for the allocation of donor eggs to recipients and the management of available stock, keeping all records of donor and patient matching accurate and up to date.
- Witness donor profiles before publication to the LEB website and work towards team targets for weekly uploads, ensuring all required paperwork is in place.
- Coordinate the transportation of frozen donor eggs from LEB to partner fertility centres, working closely with external clinics and courier services.
- Manage family slots, live birth counts and donor outcome requests in collaboration with embryology and nursing teams.
- Handle sales enquiries and customer service communications via telephone, email and live chat — promptly, professionally and with genuine care.
- Assist patients with donor egg selection, provide accurate pricing and success rate information and actively support patient conversion and retention targets.
- Maintain accurate records across systems.
- Work collaboratively with clinical, nursing, medical and marketing teams to recruit patients across the JD Healthcare Group.
- Participate in recruitment events, seminars and webinars as required, and contribute ideas to improve the patient journey and service delivery.
