If you’re a digital marketer who wants to make a real impact, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Sales, Marketing & Communications team at the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF), a charitable social enterprise that puts purpose before profit.
Your work won’t be about vanity metrics or pushing products no one needs. Instead, you’ll help us recruit passionate teachers, fill nursery places for families across London, and grow a brand that stands for equality in early years education.
What it feels like to be in this role:
You’ll be at the centre of our digital marketing, planning and delivering campaigns to drive teacher recruitment, grow nursery occupancy, promote our training Institute, and elevate our voice as a sector leader. You’ll work closely with our Recruitment Marketing Manager and collaborate across the wider team. You’ll build targeted Google and Meta ads, refresh web content, create email journeys, and track performance to continually improve.
You’ll take ownership of:
- Paid digital campaigns – Google, Meta and more
- Email marketing – planning, writing and analysis
- Performance reporting – analytics, A/B testing, optimisation
We think you’ll love this role if you:
- Have digital marketing experience and enjoy both creative and analytical work
- Know your way around Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, GA4, Planable and CMS platforms
- Understand SEO and web content optimisation
- Are highly organised and great at managing multiple campaigns
- Care about purpose, equity, and inclusion — and want your work to reflect those values
- (Bonus) Have experience in a charity, education, or values-driven organisation
We don’t just talk about purpose - we live it. With 43 nurseries across London and 4,000 children supported each year, every penny we make is reinvested into improving outcomes for children, families and colleagues.
You’ll be part of a kind, collaborative, and ambitious team where you’re encouraged to try new things, take creative risks, and lead with confidence. As Nicole, our Recruitment Marketing Manager, puts it: "It’s rare to find a job where you feel so connected to the outcome. You know that what you’re doing really matters and has a big impact on London’s children and communities."
What we offer:
- £42,000 salary (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri)
- 7% employer pension contribution (you only contribute 1%)
- 70% childcare discount at any LEYF nursery
- 35 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays + your birthday off)
- Sector-leading parental leave, wellbeing support, shopping discounts, events and more
If you’re ready to put your digital marketing skills to work for something bigger, we’d love to hear from you.
