London Drugs is looking for a MarTech Specialist to support day to day execution across our marketing technology platforms. This is a hands on role focused on CRM, CMS, automation, and owned digital channels, helping Marketing deliver seamless, data driven customer experiences. If you enjoy building and supporting digital marketing experiences using technology and data, this role offers a chance to make a direct impact in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and support campaigns across CRM, CMS, and owned channels (email, website, app, SMS, digital signage)
- Build, QA, and troubleshoot automated customer journeys, templates, and digital assets
- Write and maintain code for marketing assets (HTML, CSS; some JavaScript/JSON)
- Support personalization, journey logic, and platform configuration
- Assist with integrations, data flows, and third party marketing tools
- Partner with Marketing, IT, Analytics, designers, and vendors on execution and testing
- Maintain documentation, templates, and technical standards
- Stay current on MarTech tools, platform updates, and digital best practices
What You Bring
- Post secondary education in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, digital production, or marketing systems
- Hands on experience supporting email marketing and automated journeys
- Strong HTML and CSS skills; working knowledge of JavaScript and JSON
- Experience translating marketing requirements into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of digital standards such as CASL, GDPR, accessibility, SEO, and data privacy
- Experience in retail, loyalty, mobile app, or multi channel environments is an asset
