We are seeking a Design Coach/Assistant based at Trafford Park, Head Office to cover a 14 month maternity leave contract. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented and driven Design Coach who wants to play an active part in delivering design support to our Sales Designers.

Role Purpose

The Design Coach/Assistant will be a proactive and supportive Design Coach, playing a key role in supporting the Sales Designers by providing expert guidance, training, and hands-on assistance throughout the design process. This role ensures that all sales designers are confident in using design tools such as Cabinet Vision, capable of translating client briefs into high quality kitchen designs and equipped to resolve technical or site related design issues. The primary aim is to uphold design excellence and improve designer capability across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide live design support to the Sales Designers via Microsoft Teams screen shares
  • Help Sales Designers turn client briefs into clear, accurate kitchen designs
  • Assist in resolving design issues identified during site surveys
  • Deliver training on Cabinet Vision and best practices
  • Collaborate with Field Installation Managers, Drawing Office, and Sales Designers to ensure smooth project delivery
