Factory Operative

We are looking for a Factory Operative to join our team based in Trafford Park, on a full-time permanent basis to ensure our high-quality furniture and staircases are finished to the highest standard.

As a factory operative, you will play an integral part of the worktop line and manufacturing of bespoke draw boxes.

Knowledge

• All training will be provided.
• Someone with past work experience is desirable, but not essential to the role.

Skills:

• Systematic and precise, can work to project timelines.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Positive, enthusiastic and has a can-do attitude.
• Good communication skills to liaise with the wider team of designers, drafts people, and project managers.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving to improve processes and efficiency.
• Quality in workmanship and striving for perfection.

Key details:

• Salary is dependent on experience.
• This permanent position is available immediately.
• Full time – Monday to Friday.
