For our discerning clients, a Tom Howley Kitchen is where they entertain friends, welcome family and feel completely at home. We are seeking to recruit a Showroom Manager to join our Bristol Showroom on a part time basis as a job share role. As Showroom Manager you will play a crucial part in guiding visitors through the journey from making an initial enquiry to choosing to buy the perfect Tom Howley kitchen. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our beautiful kitchen products and answer questions from prospective clients, and be trained to ask the right questions to help them organise their thoughts before meeting a Tom Howley Designer.
• Support the designers with their client presentations and paperwork.
• Report to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis with showroom orders activity.
• Work closely with the marketing team to organise local events and record and measure all showroom statistics, such as footfall.

Personal Qualities

• Articulate, diligent and flexible individual with a strong track record in a retail or showroom environment.
• Experience of dealing with discerning clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Impeccable personal appearance.
• Personable, friendly and confident with a can-do attitude.
• IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.

Requirements

• Hours of work: 22.5 per week, 09:30 am to 05:30 pm.
• Days of work:
  • Week 1: Wednesday – Friday
  • Week 2: Thursday – Saturday
