We are seeking to recruit a Showroom Manager to join our Bristol Showroom on a part time basis as a job share role. As Showroom Manager you will play a crucial part in guiding visitors through the journey from making an initial enquiry to choosing to buy the perfect Tom Howley kitchen. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate our beautiful kitchen products and answer questions from prospective clients, and be trained to ask the right questions to help them organise their thoughts before meeting a Tom Howley Designer.
- Support the designers with their client presentations and paperwork.
- Report to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis with showroom orders activity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to organise local events and record and measure all showroom statistics, such as footfall.
Personal Qualities
- Articulate, diligent and flexible individual with a strong track record in a retail or showroom environment.
- Experience of dealing with discerning clients.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Impeccable personal appearance.
- Personable, friendly and confident with a can-do attitude.
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
Requirements
- Hours of work: 22.5 per week, 09:30 am to 05:30 pm.
- Days of work:
- Week 1: Wednesday – Friday
- Week 2: Thursday – Saturday
