BHID is now the UK’s leading home interiors specialist, and the β€˜go-to’ brand for high end clients who are looking to furnish any area of the home. The business comprises three brands, Neville Johnson Furniture and Stairs, Tom Howley Kitchens and London Door Company and employs in excess of 500 employees.

To support and lead within the HR Department, ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the HR office, managing key projects, and driving a consistent, proactive, and professional HR service across the organisation.

  • Solid knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and statutory requirements, with a relevant payroll qualification or equivalent experience ensuring accurate and timely compensation management.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job design and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver HR projects from inception to completion.
  • High level of discretion, tact, and diplomacy when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Flexible, approachable, and solutions-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or complex environment, such as manufacturing or multi-site operations.
Advantageous Skills
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or working towards.

  • Manages end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently; achieves targets for time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
