In this hybrid role, you'll manage cases and provide expert support and advice to clients in the local area and beyond. Essential Requirements

  • Must be a registered nurse with an NMC pin.
  • Occupational Health degree or Diploma is desirable but not essential.
  • OH experience within similar role is desirable.
  • Ability to travel across the Worcestershire area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting management referral and writing quality reports.
  • Triaging on the business portal.
  • Ensure client records are kept up to date.
  • Support the clearance of new starter questionnaires.
  • Support line manager in compliance checks and audit.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant professional guidelines e.g. NMC Code of Conduct.
