London Doctors Clinic (LDC) is looking for a competent, compassionate, and confident Clinic Manager Team Lead to join our growing team! LDC is part of the Spire Healthcare Group - the second largest private healthcare provider in the UK, established in 2007 with 39 hospitals and several clinics across the country. We provide Private GP services to patients across London. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to put their health first and we help support our patients, clients, and employees to do so.
As a Team Lead you will manage a team of Medical Receptionists, promoting customer service excellence, accurate administration and exemplary clinic standards across LDC operations.
Essential Requirements:- Ability to demonstrate management capabilities in a customer service-related environment.
- Experience driving performance improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience in IT applications including MS Office.
- To lead and provide direct line management for the Medical Receptionists & customer service colleagues.
- To develop, maintain and deliver new starter training for colleagues.
- To coach and performance manage the team to deliver excellent patient experience - with the support of clinical data.
- To ensure resources are planned and ensure that all performance KPI's are met.
- To develop and maintain training documentation for all clinic operational processes.
- To develop incentive plans for the team and deliver reporting on the results.
- Ensuring a rigorous process exists to manage patient invoices.
- To manage a monthly roster & timesheets for the MR team & Customer Service Colleagues.
- Monitor and manage customer complaints mailbox.
- An organiser, who can prioritise effectively.
- Problem-solver who can resolve conflicts efficiently.
- A confident Leader who can communicate effectively.
