Relationship Manager

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time hours (37.5 per week)

Location: Remote working with ad-hoc travel requirements

Vita Health Group (VHG) – part of Spire Healthcare Group – are looking for an ambitious and analytical Relationship Manager to join their Account Management team. In this role you will develop trusted and consultative relationships with an assigned portfolio of high-tier accounts, ensuring contractual requirements are met and growth opportunities are identified.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a commercially focused customer/client relationship or management role.
• Excellent communication skills, who can liaise with various stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical skills with experience reviewing data sets and making informed decisions from them.
• Highly skilled negotiator with strong influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts.
• Ensure successful execution of contract renewals in line with commercial targets.
• Identify and support the delivery of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Apply strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to manage a varied and dynamic workload.
