Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) - Spire Healthcare Group - is expanding, and we're looking for an Occupational Health Technician to support a key client once a week - delivering high-quality health surveillance and support on-site support.

In this varied role, you'll run a health surveillance clinic, provide accurate and confidential reporting, and play a vital part in supporting employee wellbeing. You'll receive regular training, guidance, and development opportunities to help you grow your career with us.

This role involves weekly travel to a client site in Norwich, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

  • Experience in or exposure to the Healthcare, Medical, Sport Science sector or similar.
  • Experience in an Occupational Health Technician role or similar.
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driving license for travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking health screening procedures.
  • Conducting Audiometry and Spirometry tests.
  • Leading on Skin checks.
  • Testing height, weight, blood pressure.
  • Conducting Urinalysis.
  • Carrying out fitness for work medicals.
  • Delivering health promotion activities.
  • Ensuring all medical information is accurately recorded.
  • Responsible for looking after the equipment and ensuring it is serviceable, clean, and fit for purpose.
  • Providing support to the Occupational Health team when needed.
