London Doctors Clinic (LDC) – part of the Spire Healthcare Group – is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead and execute seamless marketing strategies that support our Primary Care services.
In this broad and varied role, you will be part of our B2C marketing team, working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to attract primary care patients to our London clinics in a cost-effective way. A key focus will be championing the best possible patient experience through means such as website marketing, creating engaging digital and print content, email marketing, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Performance Marketing to deliver revenue and patient numbers for new and repeat patients.
- Create new webpages and improve the consumer website.
- Manage day-to-day content changes on the website and LDC app.
- Strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Creating content, managing targeting and data selections, building email templates within the Mailchimp platform, managing email delivery including proofing, testing, and results analysis.
- Plan and deliver activities to support specific products or service areas.
- Identify new marketing channels or opportunities to grow revenue.
- Support local marketing activities such as in-clinic branding.
- Work closely with design agencies and external suppliers.
- Manage the creation and delivery of internal communications.
- Support the development of LDC’s corporate growth strategy.
