At Spire, we're committed to helping clients and employees prioritise their health. In this hybrid role, you'll manage cases and provide expert support and advice to clients in the local area and beyond. We're committed to supporting your development, including help with NMC PIN renewals and Occupational Health qualifications. Essential Requirements:- Occupational Health experience within similar role.
- Must be a registered nurse with an NMC pin.
- Occupational Health degree or Diploma is desirable but not essential.
- Health Surveillance skills and knowledge (Audio, Spirometry, HAVs etc.).
- Access to a car and a valid UK Driving License.
- Carry out necessary medical health surveillance/screening for employees for the client site.
- Supporting management referral and writing quality reports.
- Triaging on the business portal.
- Ensure client records are kept up to date.
- Carry out risk assessments and provide workplace ergonomics, occupational hygiene and safety for the client.
- Support with health promotion and advise HR, Health and Safety managers and line managers on fitness, return to work/rehabilitation needs.
- Support the clearance of new starter questionnaires.
- Support line manager in compliance checks and audit.
- Ensure compliance with relevant professional guidelines e.g. NMC Code of Conduct.
- You take pride in delivering high quality client care.
- You focus on the key details and pay attention to the quality of reports.
- Value teamwork and supporting colleagues with various activities.
- You can work autonomously and take initiative when needed.
- Performance-focused and people-centred in your approach.
- 33 days holiday including Bank Holiday. An additional day for each complete year of service to a maximum of 38 days.
