Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum experience dependant

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Up to 30 hours a week

Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) is seeking an Immunisation Nurse (open to a trainee) to deliver expert services at the University of Worcester and client sites across the region.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
  • Access to a car and a valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • Post-registration experience in Immunisations with Adults (is desirable)
  • Can evidence an up-to-date BLS & anaphylaxis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will support the clinical delivery of the Immunisation services provided to the University of Worcester and other clients.
  • Support the team with Clinical audits.
  • Improving and maintaining quality and safety standards and participate in all benchmarking and quality audits within the department such as SEQOHS.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Immunisation issues within the speciality of Occupational Health and ensure this reflects in your own clinical practice.
  • Monitor the quality-of-service provision, identifying areas for service and professional development and facilitate implementation.
  • To work in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, always maintaining professional standards.
