Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) are looking for dynamic, efficient and confident Immunisation Nurses to support our Occupational Health Services on a bank or contractual basis (hours are flexible and/or, on an ad-hoc basis). This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK - Spire Healthcare Group - where you will support the Immunisation Team to deliver expert clinical services.

As a Bank Immunisation Nurse, there will be daily travel to client sites in West Yorkshire and the surrounding locations in order to deliver our vaccination services. Therefore, access to a vehicle and valid driver's license is essential in this position.

Essential Requirements
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
  • Must have Post-registration experience in Immunisations.
  • Must be proficient in Phlebotomy.
  • Can evidence an up-to-date BLS & anaphylaxis.
  • Work Experience within a similar nursing role.
  • Occupational Health experience is desirable.
  • Access to a car and a valid driving license is essential.
  • Must be willing to travel to other client sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will support the clinical delivery of the Immunisation services provided to clients in and around West Yorkshire.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on client sites at all times.
  • Excellent delivery of KPIs/targets as requested.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Immunisation issues.
  • To work in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Support the Regional Immunisation Nurse Manager and Lead Immunisation Nurse with additional immunisation business needs.
