Fixed hourly rates plus London Weighting.

Contract: Contract/Self-Employed

Hours: Part Time – Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Location: Ability to travel to locations like Kingston, Wimbledon, as well as central London locations.

As part of the Spire Healthcare Group, London Doctors Clinic (LDC) are seeking self-employed General Practitioners (GPs) to provide high-quality primary care consultations and health assessments to our patients across London on weekends.

At LDC, we are committed to ensuring excellent patient care, and you will play a key role in upholding our values of service, integrity, and patient satisfaction. With 19 clinics and counting, LDC is at the forefront of private healthcare in London. We believe everyone deserves to prioritise their health, and you will be pivotal in helping our patients, clients, and employees achieve just that.

Working across our network of clinics, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, promoting health, preventing illness, and managing chronic conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering efficient, compassionate care with an emphasis on quality and empathy.

As a self-employed GP, you will have flexibility with your sessions, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments. We welcome both newly qualified and experienced GPs to apply for the role. We offer a supportive learning environment, with regular CPD events and team meetings, as well as team and company social events.

Delivering face-to-face and online GP consultations and health assessments. To respond to medical/health problems presented by patients; to provide appropriate health promotion and preventative health care advice to all patients attending the practice. Support and contribute to the clinic’s commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. To work collaboratively with the GP Clinical Lead and the entire LDC team to ensure that effective clinical governance is incorporated in the day-to-day practice in the Medical Practice.

Phlebotomy, Smear Tests and ECGs. Must be able to offer work on weekends, in the South West area of London in particular.

Full GMC GP Registration.

Medical Degree or qualification in a specialist field.

Current General Practice Experience.

About our Clinics: Our clinic hours vary from 8 – 8pm. Our appointments can be in-person and virtual, but clinic attendance is mandatory. Our GPs support up to 6000 patients a month. Part of the wider Spire Healthcare network.
