In this role you will develop trusted and consultative relationships with an assigned portfolio of high-tier accounts, ensuring contractual requirements are met and growth opportunities are identified.

Essential Requirements:- Experience in a commercially focused customer/client relationship or management role.
- Excellent communication skills, who can liaise with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical skills with experience reviewing data sets and making informed decisions from them.
- Highly skilled negotiator with strong influencing skills.
- Ability to travel to Congleton on a weekly basis.
- Develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts.
- Ensure successful execution of contract renewals in line with commercial targets.
- Identify and support the delivery of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Apply strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to manage a varied and dynamic workload.
