Acorn Occupational Health - part of Spire Healthcare Group - is seeking a self-motivated, full-time, office-based Customer Service Administrator to support our growing Client Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and professional organisation that takes pride in delivering a high-quality service to its customers. The role will involve customer support, report auditing, issuing questionnaires via database systems, and a range of general administrative duties.

Within the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including diary management, handling post, emails, telephone calls, general correspondence, photocopying, shredding and scanning.
  • Assist with the management of multiple databases.
  • Audit medical health surveillance reports, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide comprehensive advice to customers and promote Acorn Occupational Health services, including Absence Management, Occupational Health Surveillance, Wellbeing Initiatives, Immunisation, Ergonomics and Biological Testing.
  • Process medical records in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
