About the Role
LDBS are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the Recruitment Officer and school leaders to effectively recruit the best possible staff, by initiating and maintaining efficient and user-friendly administration systems. There will also be opportunities to support the delivery of the HR Service. Your work will be crucial in helping us to exercise responsible stewardship of Church of England education in London and to make a positive impact on the quality of education offered by 150+ Church schools to 55,000+ pupils.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to explore a career in HR. CIPD training may be available for a suitable candidate. Applications are welcome from people of all backgrounds.
