Preschool Leader

Hours: 45 hours per week (8:00am to 6:00pm), 42 weeks per year (non‑working weeks/holiday to be taken during Preschool closures and school term time)

Holy Trinity CE Primary School is a one‑form entry primary school located in the heart of Dalston. We are part of a federation of seven schools called Primary Advantage. We believe that working collaboratively enables us to achieve more for pupils and the wider education community.
We are seeking a practitioner passionate about excellent early years provision to become our Preschool Leader. The role involves:
- Overseeing the management and delivery of both preschool rooms
- Handling preschool admissions
- Developing and deploying staff (including cover)
- Supporting the headteacher with preschool policy and procedure development
- Maintaining evidence folders in readiness for Ofsted inspection
- Acting as a designated safeguarding lead
The role is provision‑based, with release time for administrative responsibilities. All candidates are required to have at least a Level 3 qualification. Paediatric First Aid and DSL qualifications are desirable.
