Office Administrator, temporary part-time role

Salary: £28,125, pro rata for term-time only

Hours: 16 hours per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, 8.45am to 12.30pm)

Monken Hadley CE Primary School is a one-form entry school in Hadley Wood, Barnet. It enjoys a unique setting, surrounded by woodland and common. With a rich history and strong community links, we provide a wealth of opportunities for children.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to cover reception and provide administrative support to the Office Administrators.

Job overview

This is a part-time role, four days per week, Monday to Friday (excluding Wednesdays). The contract is for one year.

We are looking for a person who has:

• The ability to create a professional and welcoming office environment;

• The ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality;

• Excellent numeracy/literacy skills;

• Experience with admissions and pupil data management;

• High proficiency in computer skills;

• Excellent and efficient organisational skills.
