• Salary: £82,888 to £94,491 per annum (L15 – L21)

About the Role

The governors desire a Headteacher who is ambitious, energetic, and charismatic, ready to lead the school into its next phase. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership to secure continuous improvement and success across the whole school, forging strong relationships with staff and the community. Responsibilities include upholding and promoting the school’s Christian vision and ethos within day‑to‑day practice, and valuing each child to enable them to reach their full potential.
