St Paul's CE Primary, a small, vibrant Church school serving a thriving and diverse North London community, is seeking to appoint an inspirational Head of School.

We are looking for a candidate who:
- Can articulate and communicate a shared vision and translate the vision into clear objectives that promote and sustain school improvement
- Will set high expectations and challenging targets for pupils, monitoring effectiveness and evaluating outcomes
- Will take responsibility for ensuring that all staff understand and follow safeguarding policies
- Can set appropriate priorities for expenditure, allocating funds and ensuring financial control, in accordance with governing body policies
- Will act as a role model for the highest professional standards
