We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Psychology to lead our thriving department, offering students the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of psychology. As Head of Psychology, you will lead a small and dynamic team, drive a compelling curriculum for psychology at Key Stage 5 (AQA A-Level). This course is regularly oversubscribed. You’ll play a key role in inspiring students, driving department performance, and leading extra-curricular initiatives.
