The Go Shine Federation currently comprises five central London primary schools, each with its own Head of School and under the leadership of Harvey Webb, Executive Headteacher. Each school serves a diverse community with a range of ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. Of the five, three have recently been judged ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted and the other two, ‘Good, with outstanding features’.

The Director of Finance will be responsible for the financial management of the five schools and any additional schools which may join the federation. The position is different to that of School Business Manager. Experienced Office Managers will carry out many SBM tasks reporting to the Director of Finance. The successful candidate will have appropriate financial qualifications. Experience in managing school budgets will be an advantage, but not essential.
