The Marketing and Customer Experience Intern is an entry‑level role within the LDO Marketing Team, designed for recent marketing graduates looking to gain practical, hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment. This 12‑month internship provides exposure to a wide range of marketing and customer experience activities, supporting the delivery of campaigns, promotions, and on‑site initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive footfall.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive, the intern will assist in the execution of marketing communications across digital and on‑site channels, as well as supporting the delivery and promotion of the One Wembley Park loyalty scheme. The role will involve coordinating content, updating website and digital platforms, and helping to ensure a consistent and engaging customer journey across all touchpoints. The intern will also support relationships with external partners and agencies, contribute to campaign tracking and reporting, and assist with the planning and delivery of events and activations.

Responsibilities- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity across digital and on‑site channels. Support the coordination of marketing plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines. Help track campaign performance and gather insights to support future activity.
- Customer Experience & Promotions: Support the delivery of customer promotions and incentive campaigns, including the One Wembley Park loyalty scheme. Assist with maintaining campaign calendars and promotional plans. Help coordinate on‑site activations and customer engagement activity during key trading periods.
- Events & Activations: Assist with the planning and delivery of events and in‑centre activations. Support with event setup, coordination, and post‑event reporting. Attend events where required to help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Digital & Content Support: Help update website content, blogs, and digital platforms. Support the creation and coordination of marketing content, including social media and email communications. Assist in ensuring consistency across all digital and on‑site customer touchpoints.
- Campaign & Content Coordination: Work closely with the Marketing Executive to support campaign delivery and content coordination. Contribute ideas for engaging content, including blogs, social posts, and customer communications. Assist with gathering content for marketing materials, including imagery and copy.
- Partner & Team Collaboration: Support communication with internal teams and external partners where required. Assist in coordinating information from retailers, brands, and agencies for marketing activity. Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative projects.
- Reporting & Administration: Assist in compiling reports on campaign performance and customer engagement activity. Support general marketing administration, including updating trackers and documents. Help prepare presentations and materials for internal meetings.
- A recent degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and customer experience.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media and content creation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
