As Store Manager in Converse, your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will be focused on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects. You will drive and inspire your back-of-house team to process stock efficiently and to ensure that the back of house environment mirrors the unique energy, passion and innovation our consumers experience on the shop floor.
As Store Manager you will:
- Creating an inviting environment in the store to guarantee a unique shopping experience for our customers.
- Coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team and ensure an excellent working atmosphere.
- Manage store budgets and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance and increase customer satisfaction.
- Support and lead the implementation of CONVERSE strategies in the store (e.g. sustainability, NIKE Inc. membership, digital offers).
- Provide insights to optimize the positioning of your store in the local market.
- Ensure that all CONVERSE standards and guidelines are adhered to.
- Work in cooperation with various business partners from stores and headquarters.
