About the Practice
London Dental Specialists is a specialist, referral dental practice based in central London. We currently accept referrals for periodontics (management of periodontitis, soft tissue grafting, functional and aesthetic crown lengthening), prosthodontics (crowns, veneers and dentures), orthodontics (mainly fixed appliances), endodontics (root canal treatments, post/instrument removal, perforation repair) and implant dentistry (implant placement, bone grafting, full arch implants). Our unique selling point is based around management of complex cases where the specialists need to be in very close contact for excellent results.

Key Objectives of the role
- To provide a “special” endodontic service that is commensurate with the specialist title.
- Contribution to the delivery of the clinical care described above.
- Teaching and/or mentoring of referring GDPs to ensure that colleagues feel that they have direct access to the specialist/experienced endodontist.

- Reasonable participation in our regular social media activity will also be helpful in demonstrating the team ethos that is very important to us.
The practice owner (Ope Sodeinde) is happy to provide all the one‑on‑one discussion required to help a new member of the team. We are looking for colleagues who relish team work i.e. colleagues who accept that multiple heads looking at the same patient creates excellent clinical results. We do not work in silos. We ran study clubs for dentists and hygiene/therapists every 2‑3 months before COVID19. We are in the process of rearranging them and would like you to attend some of these for reasons already discussed. We will try to schedule some of them around your other commitments. I also run modular restorative courses for referring dentists and your contribution will be very welcome. The advantage for you would be that the more visible you are, the more referrals you are likely to receive. The practice is part of the Extreme Business 100 group. We would therefore recommend that you attend as many of the EB100 training courses as possible.
