Right now, we are seeking a data-driven Digital Conversion Executive to join our Marketing team and help optimise the performance of our digital channels. This role will focus on improving customer journeys and conversion rates across our website and email campaigns through testing, insight and continuous optimisation. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and wider teams to deliver a CRO roadmap that drives measurable improvements in performance and customer engagement.

As a Digital Conversion Executive, you’ll support the development and delivery of our conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programme. You’ll generate and test ideas to improve website and campaign performance, designing and coordinating A/B and multivariate tests that help the business achieve its lead generation and strategic objectives. You’ll analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, turning data into insights that inform testing opportunities and optimisation initiatives. You’ll be involved with creating wireframes for test ideas, defining success metrics and working with developers or digital agency partners to implement and launch experiments. You’ll also monitor live tests, troubleshoot issues and build clear performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Alongside this, you’ll work with the partnerships team to optimise partner journeys, support personalised website experiences and help ensure digital content remains accurate, compliant and on brand.

About you: You’ll have at least two years’ experience in a digital marketing, CRO or performance-focused role, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for improving digital experiences through data and experimentation. Experience implementing website tracking using Google Tag Manager, working with CMS platforms, and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will also be important. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations. Experience working in financial services or another regulated industry would be beneficial, as would experience with UAT, QA processes or tools such as Webflow. Most importantly, you’ll be detail-oriented, proactive and focused on delivering high-quality work and positive customer outcomes.

This role may also suit candidates with experience as a CRO Executive, Digital Optimisation Executive, Performance Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Analyst.
