The Role
In ever uncertain times, protection matters more than ever. You'll be the expert guiding customers to safeguard what matters most: their home, their family and their future.
- Deliver tailored advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection
- Understand customer needs through meaningful conversations
- Recommend the right solutions and clearly document your advice compliantly
- Build trust, long-term relationships and positive outcomes for customers and their families
You'll balance exceptional customer care with strong performance-hitting targets while maintaining the highest compliance standards in a regulated environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling a steady flow of high-quality leads
- Providing clear, compliant, and personalised protection advice
- Maintaining accurate, quality documentation
- Delivering excellent customer outcomes that drive retention and trust
- Managing follow-ups and nurturing existing client relationships
- Keeping up to date with products, regulation, and best practice
About You
You're a seasoned Protection Adviser (You may already be qualified, holding either Cert Pro, R05 or equivalent) who knows how to deliver results.
